Enfagrow A+ contains DHA Plus, which is a blend of key nutrients that help support brain growth and development. These nutrients support mental functions which include learning, memory, attention and concentration.
Enfagrow A+ contains Triple Health Guard which contains probiotics and various important nutrients that help support a child’s immune health in 3 aspects: Respiratory Health, Gut Health and Resistance to other common infections.
Regular intake of Enfagrow A+ helps fulfill macro and micro nutrient requirements. The formula is nutritionally balanced with energy contribution from Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins in line WHO / FAO recommendations.
You can give 2 servings per day to your child. As it already contains milk solid, hence no need to add milk. However, there is no harm to prepare it using milk.
Ensure all feeding utensils are washed and sterilized thoroughly before preparation.
To prepare a single serving, add 3 level scoops (appx. 30g) of Enfagrow A+ powder into 120 ml of warm water that has previously been boiled for 5 minutes and allowed to cool to 40°C.
Stir or shake well. Use the scoop provided in the can to measure the powder. Store dry scoop in the same can.
1. What is the age to start giving Enfagrow A+?
A. Enfagrow A+ can be given to all children above 2 years of age.
2. Till what age can Enfagrow A+ be given to my child?
A. This product is most beneficial for children till 6 years of age, the phase of rapid growth and development. However, you can choose to give it even after 6 years.
3. Why water? Why not milk? Is there any harm if added to milk?
A. Enfagrow A+ already has milk solids and hence it has to be added to water. Addition of milk can make the feed very thick. However there is no harm if added to milk. But we do not have any recommendation on what quantity to be added to milk, it is definitely much lesser than the amount added in water.
4. Why is Enfagrow a milk formula and not a product like Junior Horlicks or Bournvita Little Champs which is to be added to milk?
A. Enfagrow A+ is a, high quality, nutritionally balanced milk formula. Unlike other products. Enfagrow A+ already has milk solids in the formulation. Hence there is no need to add milk, simply prepare with warm water. Also, since it is made with water, the quality of nutrition is not affected by the variation in liquid milk.
5. What is DHA?
A. DHA is a fatty acid present in the brain and eye. It is an important building block of the brain and plays a critical role in brain development and immunity. However, the body is not able to create this and hence external sources of DHA are required, especially for growing up children. DHA stands for Docosahexaenoic Acid.
